Mr. Filmeridis has been in financial services for over 35 years, having held positions with financial institutions including American Express Bank, Shearson Lehman Asia, Merrill Lynch International, Credit Agricole, and AIA Capital Corporation in Singapore and in Hong Kong, with a focus on commercial and investment banking throughout the Asia Pacific Region, including the Indian sub-continent.
Mr. Filmeridis has spent most of his professional career in the Asia Pacific region primarily in corporate advisory and private equity. Mr. Filmeridis’ prior experience include structured finance, loan syndications, project finance, private capital placement, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity funds management.
Mr. Filmeridis holds a BA in Accounting, Finance and Economics from the University of Bosphorus in Istanbul and a Masters in International Finance from the University of Texas.

Based in India, Mr. Agarwal has more than 20 years of experience in investment management and corporate financial services in various economic sectors. As the Senior Partner & Director of Oxley, he is focused on identifying, evaluating and capitalizing on both advisory and investment opportunities in India and the Middle East.
Mr. Agarwal has promoted and has been engaged in corporate finance activities involving debt and equity placements, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructures and recoveries, covering sectors such as engineering services, real estate development, mining, infrastructure and general trading.
Mr. Agarwal has extensive experience in pre-project development work, in financing of urban and real estate development, and in infrastructure financing and has undertaken re-engineering and turnaround assignments for various in India and the Middle East.
Mr. Agarwal is a Chartered Financial Analyst, post graduate diploma holder in Business Management, and a Cost & Management Accountant by qualification.
Mr. Sabaratnam has over 20 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Global Markets having held various positions with bulge bracket investment banks - Barclays Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and San Francisco. Mr. Sabaratnam was at Barclays for 7 years as Managing Director, Investment Banking South East Asia and CEO, Barclays Malaysia. He was also Head of Food/Agriculture/Consumer Sector for SEA and Structured Lending for SEA.
Mr. Sabaratnam was instrumental in building the franchise and business for Barclays in SEA. Prior to Barclays Mr. Sabaratnam was at Credit Suisse for 5 years as Head of Structured Products SEA and Investment Banking coverage for Malaysia and Thailand.
Mr. Sabaratnam brings a wide range of expertise and management in Investment Banking from trading, structuring, hedging/liability management, distress debt to capital raising across the capital structure in the private and public markets – Bonds, Convertibles, IPOs, structured lending, cross border M&A.
Mr. Sabaratnam holds a M.Sc Financial Economics, University of London, UK and a B.Sc Joint Honours Manufacturing Engineering and Economics, University of Birmingham, UK.
Rahul has over 7 years of global real estate investing experience as part of the buy-side team at Tata Realty's PE Fund & Cambridge Industrial REIT.
Rahul has in-depth deal experience covering research, valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence & portfolio management and successfully invested over $1 billion in residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare assets globally.Rahul holds an M.B.A & Master in Advance Finance from I.E. Business School and a B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Pawley also developed Credit Suisse’s Financial Sponsors Coverage Group into one of the industry leaders while establishing relationships with all the major private equity firms active in the region.
Mr. Pawley holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Essex University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
